Exclusion of liability

1. Contents of the online offer
Claudia Urban - hereinafter referred to as CU - undertakes no guarantee that the information provided is up to date, correct, complete or for the quality of the information provided. Liability claims against CU which are related to material or ideal damages and are caused by the use or failure to use the information offered or caused by the use of incorrect and incomplete information are absolutely excluded in as much as CU cannot be proven to be deliberately responsible or have committed gross negligence.
All offers are without engagement and non-binding. CU specifically reserves their rights to change, supplement and delete parts of the pages or the whole offer without giving extra notice or to stop it for a certain period or altogether.

2. References and links
For direct or indirect references to third parties' websites ("links") which lie outside CU's area of responsibility, a liability commitment shall only be valid if CU has taken notice of the contents and it would have been technically possible and could have been expected that CU could hinder use if illegal contents came up.
Therefore CU declares especially that at the point in time when the links were set, the corresponding linked pages were free of illegal contents. This exclusion of liability is to be seen as part of the internet offer from which this page was referred to.
