Tramway Tips
- Do you know the old tramways?
Using the tramway like in the old days when there was no subway, no regional trains, etc. Where you got on, took a seat or stood and bounced across town? No quickly, no comfortably but somehow homey and cozy? Virtually half sightseeing and discovering city corners which aren’t on the leaflets? Not full of glamour but full of life?
A sightseeing tour which leads you all the way through Stuttgart?
The tramway line number 15 of the municipal transport service of Stuttgart offers you all of this and much more!
Get on and go
High up in the North is where it starts, in Stuttgart-Stammheim – via Zuffenhausen (Porschemuseum) and Pragsattel, Löwentor past the Wilhelma (zoo) , Hauptbahnhof, quick turn through the city centre Stadtmitte/Schlossplatz and then back up the hill past the Bubenbad to Ruhrbank/Fernsehturm. Total duration 45 minutes – or simply get on/off where you please!
An unforgettable tour – for informations simply click on the image and enter the requested stop! As some city planners are of the opinion that the tramway is too slow, too old and not modcontemporary anymore – only until the end of 2007 (sniff!).
